He wants to marry me!

Yes, he was charming and I was tongue tied. He held my hand and said he is going to marry me some day. He said he felt that we were destined to be together. Do you believe in fate? He asked me as I stared at him in disbelief.

But the way he said all this was different from the guys you would just slap, tell off and be on your way. Can he be serious? I have been watching you every week you come to this bar and that day I had to talk to you, he said. And that day I had to get your number, to seal our fate. And that fateful day, was one day before this vision.

Ok, so let me break it down. On Tuesday I met this guy, exchanged no more than thirty words but he seemed nice and had just the right words to let me give him ma biz card. “Hi, I have seen you acting on stage and TV advert for the kiwani movie. You are awesome” Yes that made me break into such a mouth tearing smile that when he asked for my biz card, I just reached out and handed it over to him and left.

Then we had a kind of date, ok we just met at some hang out so at the end of all this we could assume it was the club talking. Anyhow, so we had fun, he is quite a dancer, talked and he spilled his heart. Isn’t this too fast I wondered? No he said, apparently he knows when he sees a good thing (blush blush).He was sweet bambi but still all he said was mighty scary.
I just told him I am the kind who takes things slow and if he came on too strong he would only scare me away. Dude even drove behind me till ma home ( so its not that bad having your own ride after all lol).

Anyhow now I am at my desk(on labour day!) wondering what to make of all this especially because I seem kinda excited. Does anyone here believe in love at first sight? Is this guy crazy of what?
