Run for your wife is a hilarious farce centered on the effort of a taxi driver John (Adrian stone) to keep his two secret lives apart. Married to two women Barbara (Annika Schabbauer) and Mary (Flora Aduk), his life runs perfectly on a tight shedule. Unfortunately for John this is messed up when he takes time to save an old lady from two robbers only to get injured in the process. In a hysterical state each wife calls police detectives in their areas. To worsen matters he unconsciously gives one wife’s address at the hospital yet is taken by a detective to another’s house. The appearance of a pair of nosy detectives Sergent Troughton (Arfaan Ahmad) and Sergent Porterhouse (Simon Peterson) complicate matters further as John desperately struggles to hold his scheme together while avoiding arrest and suspicion from his wives. The arrival of a newspaper reporter (Dennis Matanda) doesnot makes things any easier. Some how John manages to spin the plot with the help of his wry inventive loafer neighbour Stanley (James Turner) from upstairs to insinuate homosexuality rather than risk being found out. And spice up the mix is his neighbour at Barbara’s flat Bobby (Johnmary Mukiza) who keeps popping in at the worst of situations. Run for your wife presents comical twists as the characters try to get to the bottom of the confusion. It will have you grasping for breath, as the web of woven lies gets thicker and messier.
It has been performed countless times around the world including a string of 2500 shows on London's West End, and always brings howls of laughter from appreciative audience

I thought it was weird for you to review a play in which you are a cast member.

Hi,i read the letter you sent in.It was simply a mistake in the byline, naturally it doesnot happen that way. I was scandalised when it appeared that way.Print media does have its mistakes. It was a press release review that simple stated actors roles not the way in which they protrayed thier roles.Which would have made as weird as you described it
